Instructions

Pre-Preparation

Yields:
Drained olives: 54%
Green onion: 83%

1. Cook rice with water according to directions on package. Cool rice according to HACCP.
2. Crumble feta if not already crumbled.
3. Dice roasted red peppers.
4. Wash and dice green onions.

Note: This is a Gluten Free recipe

Preparation

1. Mix together rice, olives, feta, roasted red peppers, green onion, and oregano.
2. Blend together lemon juice and oil.
3. Combine all ingredients together.
4. Store under refrigeration below 41 degrees F.

Serving

Serving = 1 Cup
Serve on salad bar or as a side.
