The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) enables schools to serve meals at free and reduced rates to students in need. Because we believe all children—no matter their family’s economic standing—should have access to healthy school meals, we have designed our programs to align with the NSLP. Most of the operational information found on The Lunch Box is also relevant to non-NSLP schools and districts.
The Lunch Box is funded through partnerships and grants. We partner with other organizations and supporters who also believe in healthy school food, and are always open to new opportunities.
