Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Make Hummus:
Ingredients:
BEANS GARBANZO (First amount)
GARLIC WHOLE PEELED
OIL OLIVE CANOLA BLEND
JUICE LEMON
TAHINI
SALT KOSHER
BEAN LIQUID
a. Chill beans for 3 hours before using.
b. Cut garlic bulbs in half and roast in 350 degree oven for about an hour. Save the garlic oil and once cooled, peel the cloves.
c. Combine all ingredients in a tall, narrow container.
d. Blend until smooth consistency is reached using an immersion blender.
e. Set aside and cold hold.

2. Drain beans (second garbanzo bean amount).

3. Prep veggies:
a. Slice cucumbers into wheels.
b. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
c. Slice avocado.

Preparation

To assemble wrap:
1. Place tortillas on work station.
2. Spread 3oz. of hummus onto tortilla.
3. Sprinkle 3oz. garbanzo beans on top of hummus.
4. Arrange a row of cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado down the center.
5. Cover with 1/2 cup spring mix.
6. Roll wrap up burrito style ending with seam side down.
7. Cut wrap in half.

Serving

Serve immediately
Serving = 1 Wrap
