Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Thinly slice radishes and cucumbers into coins.
2. Chop green onions.
3. Shred carrots.
4. Mince garlic.

Preparation

1. Combine salt and first vinegar amount. Let it sit for a few hours before adding the vegetables.
2. Add the cucumber, radishes, and shredded carrots to the vinegar mixture and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar (second amount on list), garlic, sesame oil, and pepper.
4. Add the shaved beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Saute the beef in a tilt skillet for approximately 15 minutes or until browned.
6. Once the beef is browned, add the marinade along with the green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serving

Serving: 4oz portion of beef bulgogi topped with 1/4 cup of pickled veggies
Suggestion: Serve over rice
