Whole garlic, roasted and minced yields 50%
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Preparation
1. Cut garlic head in half across the equator then wrap in foil.
2. Roast in a 350 degree oven for an hour until golden brown and soft.
3. Once cooled enough to touch, peel and mince the garlic.
4. Reserve the oil from the garlic.
5. Add all ingredients except the reserved garlic oil to a blender.
6. Begin blending and then slowly drizzle in the oil as you blend.
7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
