Instructions

Pre-Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Preparation

1. Combine chicken and teriyaki sauce.
2. Place chicken and sauce in hotel pans and cover with parchment and foil - 1 hotel pan holds 10lbs of chicken and 8 1/3 cups of sauce.
3. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Serving

Elementary serving = 2oz.
Secondary serving = 4oz.
Suggestion: Serve over brown rice.
