2. Slice roma tomatoes into 1/4oz. slices.

Preparation

1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, dried basil, and olive oil until emulsified.
2. Assemble salad:
a. 2 cups spring mix
b. 2oz (2 slices) mozzarella cheese slices
c. 1oz tomatoes (about 4 slices)

Serving

Serving = 1 Salad
Serve dressing on the side portioned into 2oz.
