Pre-Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Preparation

1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Make a well in the center.
3. Stir in water. Knead about 2 minutes.
4. Dough will be sticky.
5. Cut dough into equal portions (each dough should approximately weigh 63.84oz.)
6. Spread each dough onto greased hotel pans. It will be difficult to spread out.
7. Cook about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
8. Cut each pan 6x4 into 24 pieces (~ 2.66oz each).
